Standard Return Policy (14 Days)

Products may be returned within 14 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a refund of the purchase price.

Please note:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping, handling, rush service fees, and applicable restocking fees are not refundable.

This return policy applies only to the original purchaser listed on the order.

Items that are not returned will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Custom-built systems, special-order items, opened software, and additional parts or peripherals are not eligible for return.
Extended Warranty
2 Year Parts & Labor Coverage

Customers can upgrade their system with an extended warranty offering up to 2 years of parts and labor coverage, helping protect against hardware defects and unexpected issues.
During this period we will repair or replace defective components at no additional cost.
Additional details:
• Coverage includes manufacturer defects and hardware failures under normal use
• Replacement parts are provided at no cost during the warranty period
• Systems damaged during shipping will be repaired or replaced
Warranty Limitation
The following are not covered under warranty:
• Accidental damage
• Liquid damage
• Physical damage caused by misuse or modification
• Damage caused by improper installation of third-party hardware
• Monitors, external peripherals, and accessories
