Shipping Information​

Skyline Gaming Studios ships orders within the United States and Canada.

All gaming PC systems include free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping times may vary depending on system configuration, order volume, and component availability.

Some items, including apparel or merchandise, may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party partners.

Free U.S. Shipping​

All Skyline Gaming PC systems qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Expedited shipping options may be available during checkout for an additional cost.

International Shipping​

At this time, Skyline Gaming Studios does not ship internationally outside of the United States and Canada.

International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, duties, or taxes depending on the destination.

 

Custom System Orders​

All Skyline Gaming PCs are built to order based on the configuration selected at checkout.

Because these systems are custom-built specifically for each customer, custom gaming PC orders are not eligible for return once assembly has begun.

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will do our best to assist before the build process begins.

If your system arrives damaged or experiences a hardware defect, it will be covered under the applicable warranty and repair policy.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the system enters the assembly process.

Because Skyline Gaming PCs are custom-built to order, once a system has entered the build process the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If a cancellation is requested after parts have been allocated or assembly has begun, a cancellation fee may apply to cover component procurement and labor costs.

Customers requesting order changes or cancellations should contact us as soon as possible after placing their order.


Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned items must be new and unused
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for refund or store credit.

 

Return Authorization (RMA)

To begin a return or warranty request, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once your RMA is approved, you will receive instructions and the return shipping address.

Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused.

 

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your return will be processed.

Please allow up to seven (7) business days after we receive the item for processing.

You will be notified by email once your return has been completed.

 

Restocking Fees

The following restocking fees apply to eligible returns:

Orders over $500 — $100 restocking fee
Orders over $1,000 — $200 restocking fee

Shipping, handling, and rush service fees are non-refundable.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-built systems
• Special order items
• Opened software
• Clearance or sale items
• Used or modified hardware

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or warranty claim.
